Does Awesome Sports offer Team Discounts or Bulk Discounts? Awesome Sports believes everyone should get great products at great prices. Our great pricing is on small orders as well as larger quantities. We strive to keep our everyday prices low. That way everyone gets the best deal, not only customers who order in larger quantities. If you compare our prices with other retailers, you'll find that our prices are usually the lowest. Return to top.

 
Do you price match? In the chance that you do find a product for less and would like to see if we can match it, please e-mail  mailto:salesdepartment@awesome-sports.com for a price match request. We will try our best to price match, however, requesting a price match does not guarantee we can match the price.
 
We will not price match on past orders nor will we price match on an order you just placed.  You must first e-mail us with the information below. Please include the following information in your e-mail request:
  1. Item # and description
  2. Color, size, and quantity you will be ordering (have your complete order ready)
  3. Competitor’s website and their listed price (we do not honor ads when the actual price cannot be determined or closeout/clearance prices)
  4. Your best contact information
Once we do our research we will contact you to let you know if we can or cannot match the price. At that time you can place your order with us. Return to top.

What is your policy on uniform size samples? We do not offer samples. You can order a smaller quantity for sizing and if you place another order for the same item(s) within 30 calendar days we can credit the difference in price with the quantity ordered.

For example:
Today, you order 3 pants at $20.00 each for sizing (falling in a quantity price break of 2-4). Next week you want to order an additional 9 pairs to complete your team. You can call us to place this additional order of 9 pairs and we will honor the price break of 12-18 (9 plus 3). In this example the quantity price break of 12-18 drops the price to $15.00 each. Below is an example of how you will be credited the difference.

$20.00-$15.00= $5.00 X 3 pairs of pants you ordered today =$15.00 Credit that will be refunded back to your original credit card/debit card/or PayPal account used for payment on the first order.

Does my order get processed faster if I order by telephone? All online orders get processed first. We suggest you try to do your order online first, and if you find you are having problems placing your order online, just call us and we will be glad to take your order over the telephone  Return to top.

When will my order ship? Most stock orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will go out same day,  unless there is a problem with your order. After our standard cut off time of time 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time there is no guarantee your order will ship out the same day you placed it.   Please contact us, if in doubt. Return to top.

I didn't receive my entire order is there something wrong with my order? To expedite your shipment, we drop ship from different vendors. This is a completely normal event. You may receive your order in separate packages if you purchased a variety of items. Do not be alarmed if you receive parts of your order on different days. This simply means your packages were drop shipped from different vendors. You should receive all items within 2 days of each other. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.   If your order was drop shipped, you will receive your receipt from us through the mail it will not be included in your package Return to top.

Why are there minimum order requirements on non-custom items? We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. By doing this, small teams of 10-50 players as well as large teams of 50 or more can purchase good quality products at discounted prices. The only way we can keep our prices low and affordable to all our customers while still making a profit on the items sold, is to have a minimum order requirement for some of the manufacturers. Can I change my order after I have placed it online? Because of our commitment to process and ship your orders quickly, once you click the Place Your Order button you will be unable to add, delete, or change items within your order. Please be sure to review your order one last time and make any necessary adjustments. Return to top.

Why do you ask for my phone number and e-mail address at check out? How do I know you won’t sell my phone number and e-mail address.   Awesome Sports is committed to respecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent, trade, loan or give out any personal information to any third party.  However, should a situation arise where we are required by law to release this information, we will comply with all law enforcement agencies.

We do use the e-mail address that you have provided on your order to send out a confirmation e-mail after you order. Your e-mail address may also used to contact you in the case that your item(s) ordered are out of stock, if there is a problem with payment, shipping, or any other issues that may arise while processing your order. We will make all efforts to notify you via your e-mail and at the phone number(s) you provided on your order. If we cannot reach you, your order will be place on hold and not processed.  After all reasonable efforts to reach you have failed, we will cancel your order. Return to top.

What is the minimum order requirements on Custom Socks? The factory minimum order requirement can be 12, 24, 36 or more per size and design dependent upon which sock you order. Every time you change the color or ribbing in the sock that is considered a new design and you will have to order the minimum.  Every time you change the size you will need to order at least the minimum per size. You cannot order less than the minimum shown in the description. Return to top.

Why must I sign a custom order approval form before Awesome Sports begins production on my custom order? There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. The custom order approval form is the actual order that the factory works off of while making your socks. This approval form is your last chance to review your order and make any necessary changes. This approval form clearly states your order’s approximate ship dates which allows you to decide if you still want to continue with custom order or change to stock items that ship same day. All of our customers must sign a custom order approval form before their custom order goes into production. Return to top.

When will my Custom order ship? It is dependent upon what you type of custom order you have placed. The approximate production time is shown in the description area of the product and will be on your Custom Order Approval form. You then must factor in the ship time to get the order to your location.

Production time does not start until we receive a signed copy of the custom order approval form that we sent electronically, e-mailed, or faxed to you. Once we receive your approval form back. Production will start on your order. Return to top.

What forms of Payment do you Accept? Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept International Credit Cards. Other forms of payment: Paypal Payments and School or League Checks

Important information about payments: Credit Cards are charged once your order is placed.  Debit/Gift Cards will reflect deduction of funds immediately upon placing order.  For your credit card security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card, debit card, gift card used for payment and customers must ship to the billing name and address that matches the credit card, debit card, gift card or PayPal account used for payment.

If you have to ship to a different address, we have procedures in place to verify that the card holder is aware of this transaction. We will contact you prior to the verification process for your permission. Once verified as the card holder, you will be able to ship to an address different than the billing address of the card holder. Awesome Sports reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.   Return to top.

Do you accept Purchase Orders from Schools or Leagues? No, we do not extend credit to schools. You will need to pay by school credit card or paypal accounts. We do not ship out any orders without payment. We can invoice your school and once we receive payment from your school, your order will ship or if it is a custom sock order, your order will go to the factory for production. Please contact us if you need us to invoice your school or you can check out by check online.  Make sure you have all the proper billing information for the school/league.  Return to top.
