RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All return items MUST BE unused and in its original package. If not in original package we will not accept the return. If you return an item not in its original package, we will not issue a refund and if you want your item shipped back you will have to pay for shipping it back.

ALL BATS MUST BE in original "shrink wrap" packaging in order for us to accept the return. 

All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All returns MUST have a return authorization number. Please call us for that number. Any unauthorized returns will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee.  If the item is not in its original packaging we will not issue a refund.

Exchanges: Exchanges are treated just like a return. If you find you ordered the wrong size or item, just return it to us following the above procedures.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is found to be defective.

Returns: Returned products must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number that can be obtained by calling our Customer Service number.  Please indicate this number on the box.  Inside the box please included your name and RA number.  You can ship the package back to us anyway you'd like, but we recommend that you fully insure your item.  We can not be responsible for lost items without proof of delivery.

Unauthorized Returns: If we received a return for a product without prior authorization  will receive a $10.00 restocking fee.  Any shipments refused by a customer will  be charged a 15% restocking fee and all associated return shipping fee charges from the shipping company.  Shipping charges to deliver you item is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bat Return Policy:  ALL BATS MUST BE in original "shrink wrap" packaging in order for us to accept the return.   Once the shrink wrap packaging is removed from your new bat, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.  Defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer. 

Defective Bats: If you find that your aluminum bat is defective, you must contact the  manufacturer for a replacement.  Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. It is the discretion of the manufacturer whether your bat is defective.  Warranty may be found void if the bat is abused or altered in any way.

Please note: wood bats carry no warranty or guarantees.

Returns on Special Orders:  Any items we do not normally stock are considered special order items including uniforms and custom socks.  There are no returns or exchanges  on special order items unless the product is defective.  

Returns on Custom Orders:  There are no returns or exchanges  on custom orders items unless the product is defective.  

Exchanges:  treated just like a return.  If you find you ordered the wrong size or item, just return it to us following the above procedures and we will ship out the replacement size once we have receive your return.

Guarantee/Warranties: All products are guaranteed against defects  in workmanship in accordance with manufacturers warranties.  They are not guaranteed  against misuse, mishandling, or uncommon abuse. All items are inspected and approved prior to shipment.  If you receive an item that you feel is defective or was damaged during shipping, notify us at once so we can arrange for pick-up.  Any damaged item must be returned to us "as shipped" in other words do not  use item. BATS MUST BE RETURNED IN "SHRINK WRAP" packaging.  Once wrapping is removed  it falls into Manufacturer Warranty and must be send back to the manufacturer.    If possible  save box it was shipped in. Call us at 1-954-472-1355  for further instructions.  They MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER.  All companies require copy of your receipt.
