Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original packaging prepaid within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. When making a return, please remember a few rules of thumb so your return will be processed.

• All returns MUST BE MADE within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• Shortages, incorrect shipments and/or damage to merchandise must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of your order.  After that period you have accepted the order as shipped.
• All returns MUST have a return authorization number. Please call customer service at 954-472-1355 for that number.  
• Any returns shipped back to the manufacturer and not shipped back to the address below will received a 15% manufacturer restocking fee.
• Any unauthorized returns will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from the refund due to you.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refused shipments by customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all associated return shipping fee charges from the shipping company.  The shipping charge to deliver your item will not be refunded.
•  If the item is not in its original packaging we will not issue a refund.

• ALL BATS MUST BE in original "shrink wrap" packaging.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

      Exchanges: Exchanges are treated just like a return.  If you find you ordered the wrong size or item, just return it to us following the above procedures and we will ship out the replacement size once we have receive your return. All you have to pay for his the shipping.  

Returns on Custom Orders:  Custom orders are manufactured especially for you. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS, exchanges or credits once a signed custom order approval form is received.

Warranties: All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship in accordance with manufacturers warranties.  They are not guaranteed against misuse, mishandling, or uncommon abuse.   All items are inspected and approved prior to shipment.  If you receive an item that you feel is defective or was damaged during shipping, notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.  After that period, we will not remake a custom order or replace an item if it is defective.   After 30 days of receiving your order, all warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer, you will need to contact them regarding any issues you have with the items you ordered.  Most manufacturers require you to ship the defective product back to them for inspection.
