Shipping Charges:  Shown at checkout.  Please enter your zip code and shipping charges will show up.  Shipping price shown at checkout is for the 48 Continental US States.Hawaii or Alaska cost for shipping will be more than what is shown below or at checkout.  Call us for pricing.  Dependent on the size and weight of  the order, the air prices shown at checkout may be higher.  We will contact you before shipping with the additional cost.

Free Shipping Promotions (Rules/Restrictions):
During certain times of the year we may offer free shipping.  This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time.  Offer limited TO 48 CONTIGUOUS United States. Excludes APO/FPO addresses.   Entire order must be shipped to single address. Does not apply to prior purchases.  If any or all of  your items are returned, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund due.  If items are on back-order and you chose to split ship (ship whats available now and the remaining later) your first shipment is on us however you are responsible for your second shipment. We ship factory direct and if you are unsure of the availability of an item feel free to contact us. Additional restrictions may apply.

Shipping to P.O. Box or APO/AE address: Make sure when ordering you give us a physical delivery address for UPS.  UPS will not deliver to APO/AE address or P.O. Boxes.  We will not be able to process your order.
 
Shipping for International Orders including Puerto Rico, Canada and U.S. Virgin Islands: Due to credit card fraud on International orders, Awesome Sports does not ship outside the U.S. nor do we accept international credit cards.
 
Time and Methods: When Counting Days Do not count the day your item ships.  Count only business days (do not count weekends or holidays) Any orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time  (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays will go out same day, unless there is a problem with your order.  After our standard cut off time of 1:00 p.m. est.  there is no guarantee your  order will ship out the same day you placed it. Please contact us, if in doubt.

To expedite your shipment, we drop ship from different vendors. This is a completely normal event. You may receive your order in separate packages if you purchased a variety of items. Do not be alarmed if you receive parts of your order on different days. This simply means your packages were drop shipped from different vendors. You should receive all items within 2 days of each other.  If your order was drop shipped, you will receive your receipt from us through the mail it will not be included in your package.
 
Below are approximate ground transit times once your order ships. When counting business days, please do not include the day your item ships and do not count weekends or holidays.

These are approximate ground transit days. We can not guarantee ground transit times because we drop ship from different vendors all over the US. We recommend if you are in a time crunch and need your items by a certain date to contact customer service to confirm transit 

Expected delivery times on Custom: Once we receive your order, we will send you an order approval form to sign electronically. Generally you can expect this form within 24 hours during the work week and on the following business day after a holiday or weekend.  Your expected ship date will be on your custom order approval form. 

Shortages, Incorrect Shipments and Damage Merchandise: Shortages incorrect shipments and/or damage to merchandise must be reported within three (3) days of delivery of your order.  After that period, it is assumed you have accepted the order as shipped and it was correct.
 
Refused Shipment:  Customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all associated return shipping fee charges from the shipping company and the shipping charge to deliver your item will not be refunded.

Refund Policy on Air Packages that are delayed in delivery:  Due to causes beyond UPS control including, limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God,   adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or insufficient information provided by a customer, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems.  There is no refunds, or adjustment on the shipping charges.  UPS will deliver your package as soon as they can.
