States. ADDITIONAL Shipping Charges Those prices above are based on a 1 pound package. This is only an estimate. Costs my be higher dependent upon the quantity of the items ordered, where the package is being shipped, and what type of shipping option you choose. If shipping costs are above what is shown below, we will contact you prior to shipment for your approval. Next day air, two day air and three day select rates will be higher on any package over 1 pound. Please make sure we have a daytime telephone number, we will not ship out your order without your approval. All shipping charges are for addresses within the 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship 2 day Air or Next day Air and additional charges will occur. Shipping Methods Orders are shipped UPS, FEDEX, or via USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of Awesome Sports. When shipped by Priority Mail, generally you will receive your order within 2-3 business days depending on your location. UPS/FEDEX can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live. Business days are Monday-Friday. Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days and thus would not be included in determining arrival time of shipment. We try to ship out all orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST M-F on the same day the order was received. Problems with your credit card authorization will delay shipment. Not having the correct billing address to the credit card used, not having the CIV number to the credit card used, and not having a day time telephone number so we can contact you if there is a problem will delay processing of your order. Please make sure we have the correct information. There are times during the year where your package may not go out until the next business day. All items in stock will ship within 3 business days. We do our best to get your merchandise packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that we actually do not deliver your items, Awesome Sports, can not guarantee the timely arrival of your order. All we can guarantee is when it was shipped out. Make sure you factor in delivery time, if needing a particular item on a particular date. To expedite your shipment, we sometimes drop ship from different vendors. This is a completely normal event. You may receive your order in separate packages if you purchased a variety of items. Do not be alarmed if you receive parts of your order on different days. This simply means your packages were drop shipped from different vendors. You should receive all items within 2 days of each other. If your order was drop shipped, you will receive your receipt from us through the mail. All orders are processed through Awesome Sports and any returns are to be shipped back to Awesome Sports. Shipping Methods for International Orders including Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands Due to credit card fraud on International orders, Awesome Sports does not ship outside the U.S.
