Splash sublimation products are carefully prepared for the dye sublimation
process, but may still not lay entirely flat. As a result, ink WILL NOT
penetrate areas with wrinkles, creases, and/or uneven areas, and white
imperfections and spots may occur. This is the nature of this procedure,
Teamwork will do everything possible to minimize these occurrences,
however there are remakes or refunds, should this occur on your
garment. Please bear in mind because of this process, no garments are
completely identical.
After
you place your order with us, we will send you a Custom Uniform order
approval form to sign and return to us. Expect this form within 24 hours
during the work week and on the following business day after a holiday
or weekend. Review this Custom Uniform Order Approval Form carefully for
errors in quantities, sizes, style, colors, shipping address, etc.
There are no refunds or remakes if you sign this form and there are
errors.
