Things to remember:

• Minimum order 12. Must order in increments of 12. Example, 12, 24, 36, 48 etc.
  
• No Returns.
  
• You cannot change the template design-cannot make adjustments to logo location and size or add additional text and/or graphics

After you place your order with us, we will send you a Custom Order Approval Form to sign and return to us. Expect this form within 24 hours during the work week and on the following business day after a holiday or weekend. Review this Custom Order Approval Form carefully for errors in quantities, style, colors, shipping address, etc. Once you sign this form Custom Order Approval Form, we will submit your order to manufacturer and they will send us a mock-up of your design. When we receive your mock-up we will forward to you this mock-up. Your production time starts from the date you sign the mock-up picture. There are no refunds or remakes if you sign this form and there are errors in the design or you do not like the design when you receive your order.
