Expect this form within 24 hours during the work week and on the following business day after a holiday or weekend.  Please proof  this Custom Sock Order Approval Form carefully for errors in quantities, sizes, style, colors, shipping address, etc. This approval form overrides your original order you place online or via telephone. Any changes need to be done at this time. The factory will work off this Approval form and there will be no remakes or refunds if you signed off on the order and there are errors.
