Frequently Asked Questions

I placed my order online and now I am being told it is out of stock.  There are times that inventory levels will be incorrect and we won't know this until your order is actually being filled by the warehouse.  When this happens someone has removed items without changing inventory levels in the computer.  There are other times, because we ship all our products warehouse direct, that items will be discontinued.  When that happens we were not told by the factory warehouse that the item(s) were discontinued.  We were notified after we submitted your order for shipment.  We do our best to provide all of the items in your order, but there are times that we simply can't.  When that happens we will contact you and offer other alternatives. 

Can I change my order after I have placed it online?  Because our commitment to process and ship your orders quickly, once you click the Place Your Order button you will be unable to add, delete, or change items within your order.  Please be sure to review your order one last time and make any necessary adjustments.

Why are there minimum order requirements on non-custom items? We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. By doing this, small teams of 10-50 players as well as large teams of 50 or more can purchase good quality products at discounted prices.  The only way we can keep our prices low and affordable to all our customers while still making a profit on the items sold, is to have a minimum order requirement for some items. 

Does Awesome Sports offer Team Discounts or Bulk Discounts? We believe everyone should get great products at great prices.  Our great pricing is on small orders as well as larger quantities.  We strive to keep our everyday prices low.  That way everyone gets the best deal, not only the customers who order in larger quantities.  If you compare our prices with other retailers, you'll find that our prices are usually the lowest.

Does Awesome Sports offer price match? In the chance that you do find a product for less and would like to see if we can price match visit this link PRICE MATCH and follow the instructs. Once we do our research we will contact you to let you know if we can or cannot match the price.

When will my order ship? Most stock orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will ship the same day, unless there are issues with your order. 

I didn't receive my entire order is there something wrong with my order? We drop ship from various warehouses.  This is a completely normal event.  You may receive your order in separate packages if you purchased a variety of items.  Do not be alarmed if you receive parts of your order on different days.  This simply means your items were dropped shipped from different warehouses. You should receive all your items within two days of each other.  When in doubt, please contact us.

Do you accept Purchase Orders? No we do not extend credit.  You will need to pay by check, school credit card or by PayPal,  If you are paying by check, place your order as usual and at checkout click the option paying by check.  Once we receive payment your items will ship or your custom order will go into production.  We will only accept checks from schools or clubs with full name and address printed on the check.  Business checks or personal checks will have a 10 day hold once we receive payment before your order is processed.
